As this was my second visit to revalidate my training for another year, I would have liked the opportunity to skip some of the case studies and go straight to the questions. One or two of the questions used very complex English language which could be a problem for those whose native language is not English.

Very good at helping people understand how easy it could be to cause yourself injury when performing any manual handling task in any point of your day to day activities being at work or anything being done

I have never seen such a good online course before. The contents, time duration, and presentation were outstanding.

The Stress Awareness course was genuinely helpful to me. I learnt new things even though this is a short non-specialist course and I am a mental health professional! It was concise (so didn't interfere with the working day) and informative at the same time.

Quite 'in-depth' but thoroughly informative and has increased my awareness to first-aid situations that in a lot of cases I knew little (or nothing) about.

iHASCO Ladder Safety Training course (approx 30 mins) - The level of content is useful as an introductory course, in preparation for a further level course. In itself it would not be considered as providing a level of competency for anyone using ladders. Perhaps a little more in depth with respect to demonstrating the checks to be made and how they should be made and something about record keeping such as Ladder Log.

As a trainer, I often forget the basics when not using skills on a regular basis. Great, easy to remember tips and clear presentation. I'll often pop a course on to refresh my knowledge or pick up some tips to use when I'm training others.

Easy to follow course. Well presented and easy and quick. It was helpful that a summary was written after each slide. The test at the end makes sure you have understood and remembered the information. Excellent!

Easy to understand video content, clear and concise information with a summary at the end of each section. The questions throughout are useful for engagement and provide real-world scenarios that are relatable. Access is user-friendly and test is easy to navigate.

I found it very interesting, informative and easy to follow.

As a primarily remote worker, I found this helpful, particularly the section on stretching and breaks and the tips offered were really useful. Most of it is common sense, of course, but the advice given about taking eye breaks was excellent and scheduling in regular periods of standing and relaxing breathing were good. I'm cross that I got one question wrong (about the two screens - because I only use one) but will try and remember the guidance for future use.

A great course, broken down into sizeable chunks, to the point without too much information but still covered the points that needed to be made, the information being shared and displayed was easy to read and understand.
