Workshop safety. It works ok for the experienced staff but for someone who is new to workshops it requires more content and further explanation of the hazards. (More examples of what can go wrong!) Whilst I agree much of it is common sense, if you don't know, you don't know. A training course cannot be any more complacent than the operative who needs it. Therefore I would suggest at least 2 if not 3 levels of course. Beginner, intermediate and experienced. In a worse case scenario, intermediate and experienced could be combined. It would also be useful to have a printable version of the different warning/hazard signs as a point of reference. (It would be easy for a beginner to forget or confuse them).

The Health and safety training is thorough and easy to follow. I like the most video clips which are self explanatory which makes it easy to remember.

A very good learning experience that worked without issue. Very detailed but well presented and opportunity to go back and review helpful also. Special thanks to my coordinator Jack Flynn who clearly knows how to communicate effectively with customers and is quick to follow up any queries

The course was very informative and presented in a way that was easy to follow. Having videos to watch and a transcript to read means the course can be followed anywhere, anytime. The use of practical examples helps to embed the learning. Being able to leave it and come back at a later date was also useful.

As a Graphic Designer myself, I really appreciate the graphics in these courses, especially the watercolour effects, scandi effects and stop motion approach. It also really enhances the speaking parts of the course and helps you to understand the scenario better. Well done!

Provides an informative and thoughtful summary of the condition and how it affects people. The interview videos were extremely helpful in giving insight of the day to day issues faced.

YES! I did it! I passed 100% This was the most challenging course for me to date, even though I have worked with vulnerable adults in the past when I worked for a befriending scheme back in the 90s. A lot of things have changed since then with rules, laws and legislation. I learned a lot from Safeguarding Adults - Level 2 course.

I really found this course enjoyable, why? because it focused not only on what the person taking the course may have or maybe experiencing but also directs attention for looking out for what our friends and/or colleagues may be experiencing too. I like the uncluttered white background multiple presenters, those who from their gestures and body language understood the subject matter and had a passion for delivering it in a way that was simple and concise............oh, the test at the end didn't cause too much stress either.

Good flow of information. Liked the checks as the course continued. Helpful that there is additional reading if required. More important than we realise to follow the Highway Code!

I really enjoyed taking part. It allowed me to recognise how conflict can escalate at work and currently within my home. The only fault I had was the test component. when I selected the answer it did not allow me to change it. It automatically reviewed my answer. I this the short video clips were perfect for my concentration span. also allowed my break down the course into the correct segments. Thank You.

ihasco Fire Awareness training, is concise, useful and just the right length to complete. No jargon, very straightforward and informative with mixture of text, videos and tests along the way.

A very good course which covered the most important aspects of Cyber Security. Broken down into easy to follow, digestible chunks each including an informative "end of section" summary box. Several of the sections also contained a question at the end to test understanding of that particular topic. Set you up nicely for the larger exam at the end.
