A very good course. I learnt new things and it is a good reminder how to be careful on the internet and with emails.
I've just completed my 20th piece of 'training' with this firm, and to date have learnt zero about any of the topics. The content is facile at best, the tests at the end are a joke (although to be fair, one of my previous bosses did manage to fail one). Purely a tick box exercise and adds nothing to my working life except nagging emails that start several weeks before the deadline for a piece of so-called training.

An excellent CBT video and Q&A course that explains 'Safeguarding Adults' in easy to understand terms with additional quality hyperlinks to other resources online and in downloadable format. The course is presented in simple, jargon-free language and provides a wealth of information that simplifies a seemingly complex subject by applying a common sense approach to learning and to the subject matter. It helps to inspire confidence in becoming a carer not only as an employee or volunteer within an organisation, but in any caring capacity. It is a First Class learning experience which has increased both my knowledge and my confidence. Thank you!

these kinds of generic courses are always good for a refresher and to make sure you are approaching this subject the right way and with the right attitude- this is a great course and does make you think about how we talk and engage with customers
Good clear presentation.
This course appears to cover all that is needed for a level 2 food hygiene course in a way that holds the attention of the respondent and asks some heart stopping questions at the end. A genuinely professional course and a good refresher course as well. Retired Environmental Health Officer
A good course that covered the essentials of H&S in a manner easy to understand
I do not think this is an accurate course, the data stated is not supported by evidence. Statements about job advertisements for one example is not accurate. I have had 4 diversity courses and this is the most confusing of them all. Added info: As requested I will explain further. A number of our team had to take this course as part of company policy. Every one of us had the same points after individually carrying out the course. This is the new narrative and not accurate, if we operated our construction businesses in this manner we would offend more people. We have asked a great number of our workforce the following question (as suggested in this course) “how do you identify?” Every one of those asked expressed a similar reply (they were offended that we had to ask the question, as they are obvious x) sometimes trying to please the few offends the many. This course is just another attempt at political correctness that the majority of the country does NOT agree with. Offending a greater number of people than it was designed to do. The statement that a in a positive discriminative workplace a 30% increase in output in productivity is not accurate. There are no statistics to substantiate these claims. It is wrong to force this narrative onto the majority for the purpose of the minority.
Short digestible videos. The delivery method is engaging and very informative. Great course structure and delivery.
As I don't use any of the types of equipment shown on this course - although interesting and educational - I didn't find it suitable for my job. The course was all about working at and from heights, using ladders etc. I don't use any of this kind of equipment, we were made to take this online course by our employer.
A really thorough and insightful course that actually made me reconsider my home workspace set up with regards to improving posture and fatigue. Lots of useful info that I have used to make for a more comfortable and healthier working environment. Highly recommend!
I really like the iHasco presentation of their courses. The videos are great, with summaries after each short video. The multiple choice test at the end helps reinforce knowledge in a non threatening way as you can go back to a slide if you got an answer wrong, then start the test again. A great way to learn!
Simple and reflective course, Concise and split into easy bite size pieces of information to digest and learn on Fire Safety and Fire Actions when faced with potential Fire Hazards.
The trainers spoke clearly and made the experience easier to absorb quite a lot of information. I now have at the tools to help me be better in the workplace, and improve situations that need improving and reinforce the ones that do.
More scenarios/mock test examples are required for each section to evaluate one's understanding and comprehension of the subject.
