I was apprehensive the first time I had to do this not knowing what a test could be like. It explained in easy language and targeted real issues in various situations.

The training is presented in a very easy to follow format, and the addition of subtitles is very much appreciated and helpful. The training being given in short slides also helps with retention of knowledge, rather than being overwhelmed with a mass of information that is difficult to follow. Images and moving pictures helped with this also. Everything was relevant as well.

Polished, well presented and engaging training that delivers learning in an effective way. The length and pace of the session is excellently judged, there's good diverse representation within the videos and the newly acquired knowledge is tested throughout. It would be nice to have more interactive elements during the training but that is the only improvement that l would suggest.

I spoke to 'Sally' in July 2022. Was told that if I booked 10 courses I'd only pay £170 + VAT (£204). Paid - and thankfully have the email confirming same. Got to April this year and realised I'd only completed 2.5 of the 10. Emailed to ask if I could have an extension of time - received an email saying no. Tried adding another course to the 4 I'd already looked at - "You have reached your limit". Received another email introducing my to my new account manager. I sent her the email confirming I should have 10 courses available. I asked her to call me when they were available. She said her managers were in a meeting. She has not called me. The website is not easy to navigate. I could have spent the £200 (and ALL this time trying to sort it out!) more productively.

One course would have been sufficient to cover all relevant areas. Not sure why there was 3 mandatory courses that kept repeating the same content. Complete waste of time.

This course was very enjoyable and gave you guides, hints and tips, plus visual guides with videos showing you what to do in any of the situations that might occur, when you need to act as a first aider.

As I'm a 47 yr old man who passed his test many yrs ago the course showed me how too handle the new rules for drivers and awareness that I think every driver needs

I found the online training course to be very informative with clear instructions. The video and graphics were expertly presented which made the experience a very pleasurable one.
