It was easy to navigate, some really interesting points were covered that I wasn't aware of before such as the Subject Access Control request which I requested from my doctors surgery and the legislation around how long we should be keeping personal records on file. The course was short but to the point and very informative. The video content kept me engaged esp because they were short. Initially I thought, ‘40 minutes!’, but because the videos are short and snappy, the time flew by without me realising it.

A good subject to understand as remote working is becoming more of the norm these days and it is easy to become undisciplined in managing workload as well as becoming easily distracted. Good tips provided and I will be using some going forward

I found this course interesting and informative. The content was set out clearly, the delivery was friendly and just the right length. I have done safeguarding courses before but feel I have a greater understanding of recognising safeguarding issues now.

A practical , clear and well explained course. I found the section on the different types of sinks in the kitchen , different boards used in the kitchen, bacteria life and the use of foods such as an apple as a temperature control of particular interest.

This is a very helpful introduction to stress awareness and management. Good mix of narration/presentation, illustrative video and other resources.
