Due to issues with their website not allowing me to update my report prior to purchasing a car I had to use the 0845 contact number provided on the site. Unfortunately at no point on the site does it state that this is a PREMIUM RATE number - so I received additional charges on my mobile phone bill. Very disappointed to find this after the event - otherwise I would not have made the call & gone with another provider.
Well worth the £ 30.00 I would make sure you get this check before buying any vehicle . Will give you peace of mind if you are about to part with any monies and have any reservations about any of the vehicles history!! A no brainer even if the car /van is at the lower end of price range. Whats £ 30.00 when you are parting with anything over £ 1000!! Even if its nearly brand new it still may have some dodgy history. Be Careful !!!
