247 Home Rescue was great! I needed an annual boiler service and a CP12 cert conducted. The engineer (Humaun Rashid) was great. Professional and polite.

Was really pleased with the engineer Lee Holmes who came to service our boiler. He arrived at the time we were expecting him was pleasent and very professional.Was a credit to your company infact all the staff I have spoken to about the service of the boiler have very efficient.

I was called by the tenant, that boiler is not working for some reason. Gave a call to helpline, who directly called the tenant and arranged an engineer visit. Within 3 hours, the engineer (Paul Evans) was at the door, despite bad weather. He fixed the issue with professional competence. He also noticed that annual service was due, that he also completed, without asking me, and issued gas safety certificate. Very satisfied with the service. (While driver was on it's way, got a text giving link to track engineer in real time, so although it took him 3 hours to be here but it gave a lot of support psychologically, that someone is coming). Customer services are good to make sure if customer is happy, and concentrate on 'After Sales' service in professional manner, and answer all the questions. (5 Stars)
