Lee was very knowledgeable and fixed the issues and explained to me what he was doing and answered any questions that I had. He made sure that he had the mask on at all time and left the place tidy after he was done. Apart from that, the process of going through the 24x7 helpdesk and its booking service is very efficient. It did seem odd first time around that I called to report an issue and then another team called me to make a booking but I can see in practice that it has worked very well.

Very quick to respond and the engineer was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He sorted out the issue with our boiler and gave some good advice for when we decide to replace it. Highly recommended.

The engineer turned up on time and was very polite and good at his job. Very efficient very smart and tidy was courteous he can come back next year. Unlike the administration staff . The number for 24/7 starts with a recorded message saying we are closed for the bank holiday. Its 15th June lol. WS026981t

The service engineer was absolutely fantastic. He went out of his way to make sure everything was right and that I understood everything. He taught me a lot about my thermostat controls and about the heating and hot water. The engineer went out of his way to make sure I had the repair done in super fast time and purposely came to me from a distance to do the job, only to then to go on another long trip elsewhere. He was very tidy and just all round excellent service. He is a credit to the organisation. Thank you.

I had absolutely terrible experience with them. They scammed me out of my money for a visit and then asked me to pay more money. advisors are hard selling a service which is not designed to benefit the customer. stay away and read all the conditions .

George came out to my flat sent from SSE. He had to pair my nest e thermostat which he openly confessed that he didn’t know what he was doing. He blamed my smartphone and WiFi all without any testing. So to look professional and productive, he turn a screw on my boiler only to over pressurise it causing my radiators to leak. It was lucky to noticed and bled the radiators and would hate for this to happen to someone with half a clue. George, you are a cowboy.

I had a problem with my boiler which was not covered under my yearly contract agreement. I agreed to have the repairs carried out however after each visit I was told I needed more parts, I agreed to this and again paid for the repair, after several weeks they then said it was not repairable after taking over £600.00 from me. Never once during the visits did they say the repair would not be any good, I even paid for parts which never arrived.. BE WARNED BE VERY CAREFUL I would not recommend this company to anyone DO NOT TOUCH I was mislead and was told that I would get a refund, surprisingly this never happened!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HOMERESPONSE

A very good service. My new boiler was fitted within a quick timescale and my radiators flushed.

Our gas engineer Kenny called half an hour before arrive to let us know he was on his way. On arrival he showed his name badge and immediately stared to prepare to replace out boiler keeping us informed on what he was doing and explaining step by step instructions . On competition of our new boiler being installed again he took us through all the step by step procedure and set up. He also cleared up and took away packaging etc and left the area clean and tidy. Well done Kenny!
