Very helpful service & after care from everyone I have been in contact with. Update to the feedback after a further call from The home serve team who advised the arranged date for the engineer tomorrow can’t go ahead on the 28th and will be the 30th now! So that will be 5 days without hot water! They advised could not offer any recompense for this & nothing they can do. Will be cancelling the installation within my right to cancel period and I expect the money to be refunded asap as we have paid the full cost of the boiler yesterday 26th!

Reported a leak in the Friday and had someone out the Saturday morning. Got a call to let me know they were in their way but was a bit longer than I expected to actually arrive. Phoned and was provided with an update. Friendly person attended the house and checked everything over and fixed the issue.

We have had our engineer Sultan Ali here before and we would certainly have him here again. He is always very pleasant and very professional. He serviced the boiler, flushed the system and fitted a carbon monoxide detector.
