Had engineer visit for annual boiler visit yesterday, engineer was timely and efficient and customer service great in communicating available appointment and updates up to time of inspection.

Engineer was very friendly and helpful. Sorted the problem out and took the time to explain fully what had caused the problem with the boiler and how he had rectified it. Also what we should check the following morning.

Central heating not working. Boiler pressure normalised. Leak stop put through the pipes. Excellent customer care and service from Rafiq.

Ben the rescuer Ben as usual came and sort out the problem quickly. Although it took a bit longer as he needs to get the part. It's not his fault but the problem is solved. Thanks. Will get Ben to cube round again in the future
