I had Richard come out yesterday to do my yearly boiler check up. He was polite and respected my properly. Left everything nice and tidy.

The service by the Engineer was good and professional. But booking an appointment was tedious. First I was told there are no appointments available and someone will call me back which they never did. When I called back again after a month I was given next day appointment.

Engineer came, took a look at the boiler and troubleshoy the problem, he eepaued the order, and explained what was wrong, and left my property with everything as he found it.

Arranged an appointment with a Gas safety engineer from 24/7 Home rescue, the engineer called half an hour before time to let me know he is on his way, upon arrival he done all the necessary checks, logged all his reading on his computer, and gave me a healthy bill. The engineer is knowledgeable in his field, polite and well presented in his uniform. Having used various companies in the past, 24/7 top them all in my opinion.

The engineer that cane ti repair the wiring to the boiler was polite and professional. Explained what he was doing as he did it, ensuring minimal damage to the property and tidied up afterwards
