We recently purchased a folding camper from Highbridge, David could not have been more helpful, getting us a great deal. Having taken delivery and a very thorough handover from Mike, off we went to try it out. Unfortunately we discovered immediately we had made a huge mistake and this style of camping was not for us. Disaster! We returned to Highbridge half expecting them to say hard luck, but absolutely not. The fantastic Kate worked her socks off finding us someone in authority we could talk to about returning the folding camper and exchanging it for a new caravan. James stepped up and offered us the very best possible deal and organised the purchase of the caravan we wanted. He made what could have been a very difficult transaction for us a pleasure. We are delighted with the excellent customer service shown to us by these members of staff and the general friendly atmosphere we have experienced at Highbridge Caravans and have no hesitation in recommending their sales and services.
Bought a 28k motorhome in december .they have bent over backwards to rectify problems i found with motorhome both before and after purchase . Would have been 5 stars but head of service is reluctant to return calls .All in all a very positive experience .despite having to find and highlight a few issues myself .
