Having previously bought a caravan step safety handle from a different supplier I then purchased The Kampa step up 2 to suit this from Highbridge caravans . However the handle didn't fit the step . High bridge caravans bent over backwards for me and replaced my original purchase with a Step and handle combined and I managed to return my original handle for a full refund from the other supplier . Thanks for great customer support .will definitely use again.
We recently traded in our motorhome for a Bailey Segovia Caravan. Dealing remotely with Alistair during the purchase was superb, he kept in contact constantly, and nothing was too much trouble. Handover day was better than any car or previous motorhome I've purchase with Steve providing a thorough show round of the Bailey, and all the features. We even had assistance from Alistair with putting on the towing cover. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, and will be heading here again next time. Great advice from people who own and use caravans themselves. Caravan is fantastic as well.
