Great communication and prompt delivery BUT....disappointed that Guernsey, although part of the UK, is not treated the same as the UK mainland. I had to give a UK mainland address to get the free postage but then had to pay a 'Ship2me' firm to deliver it to my home address. Also due to it being delivered to the 'Ship2Me' address VAT was not removed. Highbridge is a great firm where I bought my caravan but they need to improve the offshore postage.

Highbridge Caravans Ltd are a highly professional dealership, providing the highest levels of customer service that you will find anywhere in the industry - (and No, I don't work for them). Nothing is too much trouble and their attention to detail is outstanding. We had an A.W.D. motor mover system installed on our new caravan, prior to delivery and the standard of installation was faultless, with all wiring properly routed, carefully secured and fuse protected. Handover procedure was comprehensive and highly detailed, with motor mover demonstrated and full explanations given of all the caravan's on-board systems, by a very knowledgeable hand-over technician. Their awnings and accessory shops have a comprehensive range of products, covering pretty much everything you could wish for, and all at competitive prices. I have no doubt that their Motor-home division would prove equally impressive, as also their large servicing section, which we will no doubt be using in due course. Hats off to Highbridge Caravans, they are a class operation.

Order arrived on time and in excellent condition
Sales staff very good, but of course they would be, after sales poor. Slow to respond to enquiries and do not keep customer informed. I was promised a call back the same day about a spare part. After a week I chased and the person I spoke to could not remember my call, so nothing had been done. The excuse... "they had other customers and had been very busy"! Not good enough I am afraid. The chap in charge of servicing in Devon is very good and helpful though. Have to say I wished I had shopped around a bit more before I spent over £50,000 with them
