I would not hesitate to purchase anything that I need from Highbridge caravans as the service is excellent, ordered a sun canopy for my caravan I had it the next day, five stars all day long, well done Highbridge.
This is an excellent site, very well maintained. The toilets/showers are warm and clean. I have a small issue about the length of the timer on the showers. It is about 15 seconds. I appreciate the need to conserve and the potential for waste but 15 seconds is annoyingly short as on each cycle the water goes cold again at the start and Having to keep pushing the button is frustrating. Otherwise great.

He patiently listened to all our requirements and then proceeded to show us the many excellent options of motorhomes available to purchase. His customer service and product knowledge was first class and as a result we would not hesitate to recommend Highbridge Caravans to others.
Fantastic quality item, arrived safe and secure.
Although a item was on the site when I added it to my order and paid for it I then received a email to tell me it was out of stock. As it was an additional part of the item I had ordered I would not have placed the order if I had known. Now I am waiting for this item which it is not known when it will be in stock. I suggest you look at other ways you up date your stock online so customers do not have the same problem.
