I rang the customer service team about the product and delivery options on Friday tea time and ordered the product on line later that evening. Every step of the way I was informed what was happening with my order and it arrived Tuesday morning. I already own a Quest Universal Instant Shelter which I am happy with. I wanted an awning I could drive away from and leave on site, this instant motorhome awning was the obvious answer. I love that both products can be erected in minutes. There is a lot more material in this and it does take longer to pack away, there was a breeze as I was trying it out so I think it will need to be well pegged down on site as it did seem to twist in the wind without pegging. On the whole this is a great concept for an awning and as I mainly travel alone something quick and easy to erect is what I require

Very easy to buy but not enough service staff. When we purchased I specifically enquired about emergency servicing as we use our motorhome as a second car; we were assured that there was always space available. Today 30/01/18 we were booked in for a habitation check unfortunately due to snow we cant get out. I phoned to let them know and apologised. The options I was offered is leave it for a week on 9th January or next appointment was August. I contacted the Newton Abbot branch to be told it would be mid June.
Arrived on stated date. Just as said on add. Really pleased with the Colonial Chairs. Would definitely use Highbridge again
Ordering and delivery went very smoothly
I have experience of buying a caravan from Highbridge and all staff were helpful and friendly. The new van had some teething problems and these were resolved quickly with no issues. I have also used the on line shop and this is a straight forward experience and the goods were delivered safely and in good time. I good overall experience and I would recommend Highbridge.
