We bought a camper van from the company in Feb 2020 and have found the aftersales to be shockingly bad. The initial problem of loss power, not identified by Highbridge after a week of having the van back to the workshop, we had it diagnosed by another company and a new turbo was fitted. Highbridge agreed to pay The snagging list is still being sorted, We waited months for the parts..one ordered from a company which didn't provide them. We sourced another part which Highbridge said they had ordered but actually hadn't until 4 days before we were due to pick our van up. I telephoned the supplier myself who agreed to prioritise the order. We are currently waiting after three months for minor issues to be sorted. We could pick the van up which is parked there but the four hour round trip and the notion thst we would be completely forgotten means they just still have it sitting next to the workshop waiting to be done. The aftersales rarely phone or email back. Two weeks ago I wrote a letter of complaint to the managing director who has failed so far to respond. I wouldn't recommend this company at all for its after sales.

I have used a Highbridge a Lot for camping accessories ,always very helpful and knowledgeable had this order delivered this time came in good time and good products ,would always recommend them

Myself and my brother both paid for two brand new Caravans from Highbridge Caravans we ordered in days of each other mine from Highbridge in Somerset, my Brothers from Highbridge in Devon ! We both had some issues with our vans ! But to get any of them sorted out was and still is a real battle to get it resolved ! We ordered two Adria van’s to the sum of £50,000.00 and the after sales is a joke , they may have put a 50 years of trading on the side of the vans but if they treat people like this it’s highly unlikely they will reach the next mile stone in trading!! We spent a lot of money , they damaged mine delivering to site in Cornwall , I have had to email many times, had promises of repairs to be done but as yet nothing !! The caravan’s themselves are brilliant but once you’ve handed over your hard earned money the service disappeared !! Very disappointed ☹️ ! Think long and hard before you order from them
