very bad service. The parcel never arrived , and as I was in the area on the weekend, I popped in to ask about it. They had no interest in helping, just told me no on could help until Monday. I had emailed too, but they didn’t bother replying. I phoned and they they me they would get in touch with UPS, and phone me back. Still waiting for the call. Rude and no interest in customer service. Support smaller businesses, these have got too big for their 🥾 boots.

I recently bought a Freedom caravan that presents a design/layout challenge when attaching an awning, which greatly restricts choice and increases prices. I bought an Outdoor Revolution Drive Away Utility Awning from Highbridge, which gave me the flexibility I needed. 2020 model was £20 cheaper than 2021 model, which will also be last year's model in 2022 so a no-brainer. Even though I live in Cumbria (just about as far away from Cornwall as you can get in England) the awning arrived just 36 hours after ordering. Used for the first time this week - perfect.
All arrived quickly and well packed. I had a questions about one of the items so telephoned in and was answered quickly and with a full explanation which enabled me to better understand how the item worked, will use again.
