We ordered a second hand camper van from Teigngrace. We were in no hurry at all, and when we picked it up we were disappointed to find it had not been thoroughly cleaned and a little way down the road we noticed a problem with a warning light. Now, we have no plans for a long trip until September, but we will use the van for day trips. We don't want to leave the van at Highbridge again as it is useful to us. Having read the reviews we want to just get this sorted ourselves, but let us bear in mind that we paid top money for van nearly 20 years old.

I bought a motorhome two and a half years ago but absolutely dread anything going wrong. I rang this morning and was promised a call back ‘today’ but of course no one has. They have huge compound and stock worth millions. However, the poor staff cannot cope and after sales service is dreadful. I cannot understand any company who keeps selling more vehicles when they patently cannot support them. After spending over £70k I’m not happy at all.

Agree after sales a joke!! We've had a few issues over the 6 years since we first bought from Highbridge, some more serious than others, in the past we've given them the benefit of the doubt and always found reasons to accept there excuses, the only number that answers is the sales number, and if you're waiting for a call back, forget it!!! BUT this time after going to collect our caravan following annual service, someone had actually PEED in the caravan toilet. Adding insult to injury, the contemptible attitude when the aftersales guy looked at it was unbelievable. He said he didn't know what it could be!!!!!!!! We've learnt our lesson now, BYE BYE HIGHBRIDGE.

When I read some of the reviews I am disappointed with some of comments. I thoroughly recommend and rate Highbridge caravans as they have been fantastic with us. Our Friends bought a Chausson motorhome from them and recommended we use them too. So don’t be put off by the bad reviews.
