Placed order beginning of July and I’m still waiting. I’ve tried phoning and emailing but no reply.
Wish I had checked with Trust Pilot before ordering from these people.. what an utterly appalling excuse for a business.. more like an online con. After not receiving my order by the promised date, they asked me to wait up to two months for an order I could have got from any other online firm in a matter of days. Will be contacting PayPal with a refund claim. Their lame excuse of covid delays etc, is just a red herring for incompetence verging on criminal dishonesty, in spite of which they are still advertising and accepting orders!! As someone else here suggested, they should now be investigated by Trading Standards. Avoid these people at all costs! ..you have been warned! Update September 15th.. No sign still of ordered item, and have received full refund from PayPal. I would like to add that I consider the few 5 star reviews amongst all the latest very serious complaints against this company, to be suspiciously dubious..
Enquired over my missing order which has been missing for over 2 weeks now and I have received no response at all. They have taken my money and charged me excess for delivery and not even delivered. Be very careful who you order from.
I received my order in good shape and completed Thank you for taken care of my order . But my order was going to be returned to your store because of the number phone issues but my friend work in the mall Find it by chance I want to know if I write my number phone or this the store issues Best regards
I haven't received my item yet. The estimated delivery time was 10th August. I contacted with the customer service, and I was asked to wait another 7 days. I do not recommend this website. I undestand the Covid19 situation, however the customer service was very poor and they didn't help me to either track my order or offer a full refund.
Used to be good with fast turn around, but just realized their company name actually correlates to delivery dates. Placed an order endof August with no indication at checkout of any delays. Today (03/09) I recieve a message stating my order will only be delivered 1st week of October with some other products mid-week in October. Simply unacceptable the lack of transparency and blatant misleading when their website states stock is available at point of ordering. Will be rather purchasing direct from SWANSON in the US and pay customs charges myself.
Re Order 2148599, In reference to my last post, you replied with the same garbage you've been coming out with for weeks. As for the email you sent, it was another automated response. Ive now opened a case with Paypal to get the money refunded. Check out how much I've spent with you in the past. You won't be seeing any more going forward. I'd sooner pay double the price. At least I'd get what I've paid for.
My items arrived on time and were of good quality. They were good value. I'm not certain what more you can ask of a company. I will use them again and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
The contact with the shop is quite good, unfortunately I cannot give a very good opinion because even understanding that the time of the pandemic is not a favorable period, I am not satisfied with the delivery. Supplements were not sent together, only in 4 different parcels, thrown to my door, waiting time over a month, in summer when temperatures are quite high, unfortunately delivery, time and storage meant that most of the tablets were dissolved, so the supplements should not be delivered. the money thrown out because seeing in what condition it arrived, I have concerns about taking it.
My ordered products arrived promptly and to my complete satisfaction, I will be more then happy to use your services again in the future.
Almost 2 month of waiting, the website is ridiculous, all I get is automated replies and emails won’t send, I have contacted HM about my order many times, and no reply except automated responses, I have contacted my bank regarding a refund, I will never use this company again.

Love the products from Health Monthly. Have been buying them for a long time now and will continue to do so. It would be great if the packaging could be changed to environmentally friendly styles - way too much plastic, especially since each order has a tendency to arrive in a number of separate parcels.

I was expected to receive a supplement that i've paid GBP 20 for. I do have to mention that before to put the order your system estimated an 15 days delivery time which was alright with me, convenient enough. As I put the order the waiting time doubled and on the confirmation delivery email received from them, tripled to 47days of waiting which is ridiculous in these days considering i haven't order a kitchen furniture.
