Item didn’t come after 3 months told me I had to wait another month. Had to get PayPal to step in in the end. No apology no item. Update Responded to this post within an hour yet can’t send my item. Got your priorities wrong. It’s not lost by postal service you admitted you hadn’t sent it a month ago .

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK I ordered 22july and till 15th September order hadn't turned up. It was very difficult to get my refund I had to go through PayPal resolution centre honestly it was a nightmare I would not even advise anyone to use this company.

Grandissima scelta di prodotti e prezzi contenuti ma, varie obiezioni.Spese di spedizione a mio parere poco corrette.Se ordino 4 prodotti da 40 grammi non dovreste moltiplicare le spese di spedizione .Impossibile selezionare i prezzi in euro .Per finire, assurda impostazione di ricerca prodotti .Se cerco echinacea devo scrivere soltanto ech e ricedere tutti i prodotti che cominciano per ech ,alla faccia della ricerca veloce.
This is the second time I have used this company and it has been an easy process. However allow plenty of time for your purchase to arrive at the moment as it took 15 days longer than Health Monthly predicted.
I am not sure where to start. Have ordered products over 4 weeks ago (order #2157760). Have not had one personal response whether written or verbal to any email chasing up where my product is - only a frustrating, repetitive series of automated emails. Items have not been delivered at time of writing, 4 and a half weeks later. Money was taken from my bank account 4 weeks ago around 11 August - factual I got an email saying it had moved to stage 3/3 and was "fully dispatched" on 23rd August. Avoid at all costs. Scam company. Will never use again and have contacted Citizens Advice to explore how best to escalate this and retrieve my money back. This is no different to theft. Do not order from here. As a previous customer, I won't be ordering again. Edit (21.9.2020): to the company's credit, they have finally responded personally to my emails however let's balance this; it was clearly only encouraged by my Trust Pilot review. I am grateful for the gesture of a refund but the sheer lack of customer service and the absence of any effort whatsoever to be proactive in addressing customer concerns means I can only upgrade this rating to 2/5, not the 3 requested.

Sadly have lost communication with this company - I am still waiting for goods ordered July. Two delivery dates in August have passed and on 3rd September was told I would receive a refund if not received next Day. Two emails later - nothing. Am unable to phone as they have just message saying phones not being answered due to pressures from demand of queries.
Never order from them and if you had a bad experience post it everywhere so others don't get duped into waiting 45 days for a shipment that's clearly never coming. Chad in particular seems like an incompetent dull nail. I've reported them to my credit card company as fraud as well as multiple fraud agencies so that they are on their radar.
I waited for ages but the product finally arrived.... I think you need to be more realistic about your delivery times maybe but certainly the responses I had were immediate and courteous. "In stock" should mean in stock in the UK. I'm sorry if your suppliers are letting you down - can't think there is a way round that for you. You have to pass on the wait time to your customers. I have used you twice now and will do so again.
Order not received after 2 months of waiting
My delivery is nearly 4 weeks overdue and still hasn’t arrived.
Took money for order and only dispatched (or claimed to have dispatched) order 2 weeks later. Must be a massive warehouse if it took them 2 weeks to find it. Then said it would take further 4 weeks to deliver and if it didn't turn up I couldn't complain until 2 weeks after that. When I could finally report it as not being delivered you then get an automated response saying taht despite having had your money for what si snow 8 weeks they really can't respond very quickly. Turns out you then get a weekly automated email saying they still can't respond to your problem. Nice business model if you can take money and never have to actually supply any products and then don't respond to any emails.
I wouldn't use this company again. As I have now waited over 7 weeks for my order and it stil hasn't arrived. I understand that there have been delays due to covid but this is an exceptionally long delay with no customer services available. Despite messaging them several times trying to resolve the issue with them I've just received automated responses and have had to raise the issue with PayPal.

What a cheek! I am asked to review an order which has not yet been completely fulfilled and about which I have made a formal complaint. Not that Health Monthly have deigned to address the complaint. The order was placed and payment made on 20 July and I am still awaiting part of it today on 12 September. All I get from them are excuses blaming Covid for postal delays.
My order did not arrive after allmost two month, i try to communicate with them but i only get automatic reply's back. I opened a paypal dispute and even then they don't communicate. This is a scam company don't buy from them.
