Still have not received ordered months ago I have emailed several times asking whats happened to order and keep getting same message due to covid... delays etc automated message *****Ok updated status to 4 star since they said they refunded. The automated message received is not helpful customer need to know what's happening with there orders Please keep your customers informed

Never had an issue with this company till recently. I have numerous email trails that go nowhere. £36 they owe me and all I’m getting is generic answers with different names attached. They don’t resolve or offer a solution. I’m sooo frustrated and still without my order and out of pocket. I decided to post here and also to find so many others are having the same issues. I’ll not be using them again. If only they Had resolved my issue instead of deflecting. My order has never arrived. Despite numerous emails asking for updates and when it still didn’t arrive I’ve requested a full refund and these emails have been totally ignored. Clearly this company is a complete scam. Do not use!!!!

Irrelevant and rubbish. A bog standard drop shipper who can't drop ship. Forget, move on - PayPal resolved in my favour. Suggest anyone else who's been affected do the same.

Really disappointed that you ask me for a review and I have the product I haven't even received yet. I placed the order on the 15th July and still waiting for it. The one star is for replying to my email. I have been trying to not order from Amazon and support other businesses where I can, but unfortunately this hasn't been anything to write home about.

You have requested I review my order because I should have received it by now. However I have yet to receive my order which is now going into the 5th week. Therefore i will not use your company again and will certainly not recommend you service. Shambles.

I was really excited to order from Health Monthly but unfortunately never got my order delivered. I had to follow up many times until I got an answer but finally got a refund.

It did not arrive and your are not responding personally!!! I demand a refund or I will have to sue NO, their bloody reply is the same sob story they gave me before, blaming covid, self isolations etc etc blah blahBUT They issued me a DISPATCHED email which means it left the warehouse so they can't blame covid for delay because according to them they sent it.... Now has it got lost in transit or have not not dispatched it and were lying to me. Michael

Will never use this company again! Order placed on 18 Jul 2020 and today is 4 Sept 2020 - order still not received!! It can't be because of Covid because I've been receiving orders reliably from another American company who I'll be using in future. I've told this company time and time again not to promise 48 hour dispatch if it's not true, but they won't listen. Lost my custom, and am awaiting refund.

I placed my order in June . It didn’t arrive so I emailed customer services who e-mailed me back assuring delivery by 21st August . I still have received the order and today they e-mailed asking for a review. I’m sorry to say that their service is not what it used to be , and therefore I wouldn’t recommend.

Dreadful!! Product not arrived after nearly two months.. told by email that the product was on schedule to arrive... a week ago.. completely hopeless.. ordered mid July.. it’s a bottle of pills how hard can it be..

I never received my item despite ordering several weeks ago. When I reached out by email I was contacted by a customer representative who informed me that there had been stocking issues and my delivery would now arrive within 24 hours. This wasn’t the case and I received no reply back from my second email. I would now like a refund issued.

Appalling service I ordered from them in July and still not delivered, excuses ranging from poor postal service due Covid to shortage of supplies from US. Despite the e-mail from them at the beginning of Aug stating my order had been fully dispatched which was obviously a lie. This company is a joke, do not order from them.

As everyone else is saying, delivery is unbelievably bad. It's been over seven weeks and it still hasn't arrived. They blame the postal service during covid, but I've ordered from dozens of other companies during this time that use the postal service and the delay has been a few days at the most, not seven weeks. Can't fathom how it could take that long, or why they won't take any responsibility for it when it's clearly down to them. I'm only leaving a review as they emailed me to ask for one (never had to leave one for any companies before this), even though I still don't have the item I ordered mid July... Looks like it's going to be weeks or months more before it arrives, and that they will make more excuses rather than refunding. Listen to everyone else on here and DON'T ORDER FROM THEM, it isn't worth it

Terrible and delay tactics to avoid paying refund. Nothing delivered or likely to be. Automated customer service responses only add to belief. I am going for credit card charge back
