Very sadly, like many other Health Monthly reviewers online, my items never did arrive. Paid for on 17 July with arrival date first of 13 August and then changed to 21 August I was asked to be patient and wait a further 10 days before it could be considered "lost". Am now requesting refund through the PayPal Resolution Centre. As I ran out of the supplement I'd ordered I managed to get it within 5 days of my order from a different supplier.

I never received my order, it has now been several weeks or more since i was told my order had been sent. I am now asking for a refund.

Completely useless, ordered some fruit flow supplements 14 July, given mid then late August delivery dates, 5 of September and still nothing except a request for a review. So here it is!! Got the same product from H&B in three days!!

I would have given you no stars if there had been a button. We ordered July 15th, told it would come 13th August, then later told 21st August but it did not arrive then or at all You have £94 of ours. We have long since run out of the supplements that we ordered to replace them. We got in touch with you several times but did not hear back from you. It is now over 7 weeks that we ordered and paid. Not impressed and not sure how to get our money back or get our order. Anna

Never arrived. Two queries on when/if the items would be delivered had automated responses saying they were sorry if the deliveries were taking a long time but things were currently difficult. A month after the forecast delivery date they said it was now classified as lost, so gave me a refund. Ordered 3rd July, delivery estimate 3rd August, said lost on 3rd September.

It’s been over 7 weeks and I have not yet receive my order. I was charged almost £10 for delivery. There has been no curtesy email saying sorry for a delay. I have been chasing my order only to be told yesterday that I can get a refund for my order!! Disappointing and a total waste of my time. At this moment I don’t have the products not my refund!

The order never arrived and they cannot provide a tracking number. I made this order 3 months ago. I didn't have this kind of delay with any other company. I will make a formal complain about this. Edit: they accepted to make the refund!

My order has been delayed for some reason probably due to transportation due to covid. Health Monthly has refunded me no problem. Going to 8reorder my B12 I take for my breathing.

Worst company customer service, ordered a product with an estimated delivery date of 21st August somehow when it was ordered in July, they told me there’s nothing they can do and to figure it out myself, never had a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Extremely disappointed half my order hasn’t arrived yet. Already a month late and the very poor after service means I can’t get in touch to sort it. Only automated replies by email and no chance whatsoever by phone. Seriously considering not using them anymore. Very frustrated

Very Good shop. Very good supplements too . Order on time and very good contact with office. I decided to change amount of my monthly order and that took one hour to set it-by email! very happy with them. Highly recommended !

i can see from the amount of recent emails about this company, that i am not the only one, experiemcing unreasonable delay with their orders. I placed an order on the 2nd August 2020 for £33.57, which has been debited from my Bank and i have still not received. They said it had gone to stage 3 ie Shipping but that was some time ago.Now the goalpost for delivery has changed to the 18th September 2020. what exactly is going on here.? The company is based i see in the Channel Islands, so maybe that has something to do with it. or they They dont answer the phone or respond other than to send automated emails.This is not acceptable.If they dont have the stock or having difficulty with shipping then they should say so. Unless of course there is another reason which we are not aware of.

2 weeks after estimated delivery still not received my order, only automated response to my enquiry that if my email is regarding a delivery date, I should leave 7 days extra due to delays. Well now it's over 14 days! Starting to think the company not legit? The thing is I really need the order, not excuses!
