The delivery service was excellent but the shrub /tree is disappointingly tiny!!

I ordered tulip bulbs several weeks ago together with some other shrubs The shrubs arrived a week ago but no bulbs so I assumed they would follow Yesterday I was advised that all my selected bulbs were out of stock leaving it too late for me to acquire any similar ones from any Other supplier thereby meaning that I will not have my usual display of spring Tulips The “informative email “ was abrupt and gave no explanation of how such a basic business premis if demand and supply could fail I suggest the stock controller take up a new career in overselling hotel rooms or aircraft seats

Outstanding process from start to finish. Excellent communication and the plants (all in first class condition and fully protected from risk of damage) arrived as scheduled. All too often, plants (whether it be from garden centres or online) are not watered properly. Hayloft is the exception and they arrived in perfect condition which allowed me to spread out the time needed to get them re-potted or transplanted into the garden. No rush!
