This isn’t a direct criticism of Hayloft other than their use of Yodel as a carrier. A week after my parcel was dispatched by Hayloft it still hasn’t been delivered despite numerous calls to yodel. It will be interesting to see how the plants have survived
Good size healthy looking plants arrived quickly
Placed order at 13:15pm 20/11/2024. Delivery due date for 1 item (£28.00) by 29/11/2024. Order confirmation email received 13:20pm 20/11/2024. Delivery due date for above item shown as 'Unknown Due Date'! Within 5 minutes of placing order! So Hayloft must have known when order was placed. No explanation and none to date (01/12/2024). Why was I deceived into placing an order? Incidentally, the other items ordered have been delivered and are in good condition. But their deceit leaves a bitter taste - so CAVEAT EMPTOR

Whilst the Hellebore plants were acceptable, the standard of the trees that were sent was very disappointing, particularly the Acer. The “trees” were small and in poor condition, it’s difficult to see that any of the items sent will develop into what I understand to be a tree!
