I received a timely email informing me of the imminent dispatch of my order - exactly at the anticipated time. However, the delivery was less satisfactory, the package being left by the lift rather than brought to my apartment. Only the chance observation of a staff member, who brought it to me, meant that it arrived safely. One of the three internal boxes was upside down, creating a bit of a mess but fortunately no damage. There were no instructions appropriate to this specific purchase and neither were they on line. Bought as gifts, I am having to draw on memory on caring for the plants prior to giving them close to Christmas.
Arrived very quickly and well packaged. Pretty amaryllis bulb in a lovely,little pot with a spring metal base .with a leaf decoration on front of pot.

I'm sure the plants were despatched in the best of health, but unfortunately one stem on one plant was broken on arrival. Hoping it will recover but won't be able to gift it as intended.

Last year I purchased your hyacinth's lighted baskets. I gave them out as Christmas presents and I had a wonderful response from my friends. This year I have again purchased these baskets (6) to give to my friends as presents because I had such a positive feedback last year.
