I won't be using Hayloft again. I've waited 2 months for three witch hazel which arrived yesterday. They're in 9 cm pots as expected but are only 6ins high and look as though they were just grafted five days ago; the grafting wire/tape is still present. I'd expected plants in flower; small, but bigger than 6ins. I also was sent a very poor quality cotynus a couple of months ago which to be fair they refunded. But I'd rather have qood quality plants. I would ask hayloft to put photos and explanation of what we will ACTUALLY receive on their website. More honesty and transparency please!

There was a delay in receiving my order but I was kept fully updated. When the plants arrived they were well packaged and looked healthy and the soil was still damp to the touch. Whilst planting the plants in pots I could see that 4 out of 5 of the plants had good root systems.
Everything arrived in good time, beautifully packed, and healthy plants. Can feel quite expensive unless you are buying in larger numbers but I think reasonable value really. And this time I bought in the sale and was very happy.
