Having used my Hansgrohe shower daily for 15 years I was not surprised when the shower head holder fell apart so got in touch with Customer Services to get a replacement. As soon as I sent in a couple of photographs Bonnie immediately identified the part and confirmed it was available to purchase from their online shop. In less than 24 hours from my enquiry the replacement was on order for delivery within 5 days. I could not have received more helpful and invaluable service because 2 bathroom fitters had told me they couldn't source the part as it was obsolete and I required a complete new shower unit. If only every company had such an excellent Customer Service complete with a helpful Bonnie!

I had a problem with a part on my Exafill S bath filler, I contacted Customer Services and spoke to Ged, who answered on the first ring, unlike other companies that keep you hanging on! He was most apologetic and said he would send out a replacement part under the warranty. I can't fault Hansgrohe customer services, well done.

After nearly 6 years of hard daily use the pull out hose of our kitchen mixer developed a leak near the head where you bend it to direct the flow. I contacted Hansgrohe to buy a new hose and, although my tap was out of guarantee, and the part is quite expensive Ged sent me a new one straight away at no cost. These taps are top quality, good value, and Hansgrohe customer service is second to none. I wouldn't buy anything else.

I needed a part for a kitchen tap which I bought six years ago. Using a photograph of my tap, Bonnie identified a current replacement and sent me full details, including an exploded diagram, which means my plumber can indicate what he wants and a parts order form. This query was resolved within two hours. Bonnie was friendly, helpful and very efficient.

I needed an aerator for a tap I purchased from display in a bathroom shop. After sending a photograph (I didn’t have the model name or number) I was advised which aerator to purchase. After a little stupidity from me a some good advice from Becky Otis now fitted and working perfectly! You get what you pay for… A very good quality stylish tap and some excellent customer service! Thank you.

The quality of Hansgrohe products is amazing. Also, when I had an issue - a small missing part of my kitchen tap - the customer service dealt with it in a promptly manner. I exchanged a few messages with Becky from the customer service, which sent me the missing part on the next day.

Initially, I was wondering whether the present staffing difficulties (Covid) were affecting Hansgrohe and that my hope for a speedy response to my enquiry was likely to fail. However, Becky from Customer Services, rather than the Technical Department, stepped up and dealt with me in a most efficient and friendly manner. I think I expected too much at the beginning, but a serious water leak has to be taken as an emergency! Hopefully, the parts ordered will soon be winging their way to me and the issue will be resolved, permanently.

Ged Hulm has been extremely helpful. Hansgrohe customer services have been able to assist with my faulty tap by supplying a new cartridge foc within 3 days. Very professional and once fitted I’m confident this will resolve the issue. Excellent service

We purchased two chrome toilet roll holders from this company and after a couple of months one of them became loose and defective. I contacted customer care and spoke to both Jed Holm and Adam Coombs, they were very helpful indeed and dispatched a replacement holder by special delivery to me free of charge which arrived the following morning. Absolutely first class customer service, thank you so much. Dave Carter, County Durham.

Fantastic after sales support from Adam. Replacement cartridge arrived promptly, along with a detailed explanation by email as to what might be causing the problem I was experiencing. In my opinion Hansgrohe make very good quality products, and their service is equally excellent.

Bonnie simply dealt with the issue; no fuss, understood the situation and part receive within 22 hours. Transfer Bonnie to Bromley Theatre where I have spent 2.5 hours trying to call and getting cut off at the last minute. David

We have some beautiful taps which, were installed in 2004 and still like new. We developed a dripping tap and were advised what parts were required. I found the quality of service from Hansgrohe to be first class, like their products. It was a pleasure dealing with them and would have no hesitation in purchasing their products again.

Helpful Becky. I had a problem with my tap that I’d not kept a receipt for. Becky at customer services was more than helpful & very professional when it was my own fault I’d not kept a receipt. Sending me the part so I can save my expensive tap & a lot of money.
