I contacted Hansgrohe UK regarding a shower mixer unit. The unit in question has a glass-top cover which houses the mixer taps, of which I did not realise was not meant to be speckled-effect glass, it was actually shattered! No fault of Hansgrohe, as I did not realise this until I moved into my new property and subsequently the glass was breaking off in small beads and leaving a jagged rough sharp edge. The Hansgrohe team came to the rescue and are replacing the unit. Never have I smiled so much and will be truly grateful to them. What an example of a super wonderful, quality team who stand by their product.

Having recently purchased a kitchen mixer tap I encountered a problem. I contacted the supplier, which was not easy to do, and they then proved to be unable to help! I then contacted Hansgrohe direct. The difference in attitude was very noticeable! Bonnie was very quick to offer a replacement part and it arrived within days from Germany. Unfortunately the part delivered was incorrect. Bonnie re-ordered for me. Again, it arrived promptly, but was still not the part I needed. Bonnie tried again, and this time my problem was resolved. Bonnie remained very supportive as the saga unfolded and I think that she deserves congratulations upon her efforts to bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion. I would thoroughly recommend Hansgrohe, and especially, from my personal view, Bonnie.

I phoned with a minor complaint but it was handled excellently by Adam Coombs even though the warranty was out of date he has sent a part as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you Adam it's a shame more companies don't value customers as you have, first class.

Emma had taken the time to investigate the root cause of the problem, and feed back to the Hansgrohe technical teams to resolve the issue of an unsuitable component being used for mounting a bar valve shower. I had previously been advised by Hansgrohe that a particular shower backplate mounting was suitable for their specific shower, but , after ordering from a supplier , I discovered it did not fit! Emma has subsequently organised to refund postal charges that I have incurred in returning the item. It’s good to solve the root cause of a problem, and not just the fallout. A better quality approach, to avoid others experiencing the same problem Well done Emma!

I recently contacted Hansgrohe due to a marketing issue with the product and was put through to Emma Townsend. Emma dealt with my issue and was very responsive solving it incredibly quickly, coming to a resolution by sending me a replacement that arrived the very next day. Thank you Emma for your great service.

I called customer services to enquire about an override button on a bath thermostat handle that got lost. Emma Townsend answered the call and dealt with it very efficiently and swiftly. After sending in a photo of the part she determined the part number and kindly offered to send the part for free. Thanks youh very much for this excellent service.

I ordered my own spare tap cartridge from the excellent Hansgrohe spare parts website. Unfortunately my own plumber was not able to satisfactorily fit the part. I contacted Adam Coombs in Customer Services who promptly arranged for a service technician to get in touch with me. He did and an appointment was swiftly organised. The technician, Leigh, contacted me before the appointment to confirm the time, arrived looking professional, completed the job within an hour and tidied up afterwards. He was polite and helpful. Excellent customer service.

I’ve had some minor problems with turning on my shower so I contacted Adam in Customer Services. He didn’t need to order some parts but he did and treated my emails with both speed and courtesy.

Dealt with Emma Townsend in customer services who resolved the problem very well. I was very pleased with the outcome and excellent customer service we received, especially as we couldn’t find our original receipts. We sent photos and codes from the products to verify the date of manufacture and hansgrohe showed great ‘goodwill’. Our experience definitely aligned with the high standards that one would expect from hansgrohe.

I had the privilege of dealing with Becky on Customer Services @Hansgrohe uk. I had a problem with my shower valve buttons not working . We couldn’t find the old receipts to validate the warranty period and so I expected to pay for the parts I needed. I sent in some photos in and she was able to diagnose and propose a couple areas contributing to the fault . I felt Becky went above and beyond to help me and exhibited great empathy, technical and Cust service skills . the icing ...as a gesture of good will she is sending me the part FoC. That’s is the essence of “fantastic “ Customer service. I could not have received more helpful and invaluable service. Well done Hansgrohe on your front line helpdesk staff.

I made an error in assembling a tap unit rendering the whole item unusable. Bonnie from customer services was very understanding and supplied a replacement part as a gesture of goodwill. Excellent service.
