Excellent and prompt assistance. Needed advice on replacing the thermostatic cartridge on my shower and wasn't able to identify the precise model I had. Spoke to Sophie who suggested I sent in photographs. She got back to me later the same day with the shower model number and the thermostatic cartridge model number and a link to purchase.

Phoned to find a part number to fix my shower head... Hans Grohe (Emma) were brilliant - I was able to speak to a real person straight away without having to go through 27 computer generated options. She replaced the shower head for free as I didn't realise it was still under warranty.

Good service but spares are very expensive ie item 97403000 small rubber bellows on top of shower head £24.80 this puts me off telling my customers to buy your products regards Keith bushnell heating and plumbing engineers

I was struggling to understand how to remove the handle from a mixer tap to stop it sticking and/or change the cassette/cartridge after contacting Customer services I had a very swift response with a diagram showing how to remove the handle and detailks of the spares required. I was very impressed both with the patience of the young lady I spoke to and her excellent detailed response to my query12

Brilliant customer service. Had an issue with a new Axor tap which appeared to have a damaged flexi connector. Phoned the technical team and the lady I spoke to had a replacement part sent out the same day. I have a number of Hansgrohe/Axor products throughout the house and this is the first time I have ever had an issue.

I phoned customer services after removing a shower head in the wrong sequence and as a result was struggling to get it back on again. They couldn't have been more helpful. Denese was great and forwarded me all the relevant information I needed to get the shower head back on. It was refreshing to phone a customer services helpline which was answered by a real person after 3 rings! Denese was very helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of the shower (which was 10 years old) was excellent and I'll be recommending the company to my future clients for sure.

Over 20 years ago, I installed a Hansgrohe shower and it has been great. Recently however, the cursor which holds the shower head broke, and I researched the internet for a replacement. Too confusing, so I rang customer services at Hansgrohe. They were superb! Denese was friendly and helpful, and quickly determined which part I needed. Despite being sent from Germany, it arrived within 4 days days...fantastic service! I only wish that more companies would copy the Hansgrohe model....Gold stars to everyone!!

Contacted Hansgrohe direct about a problem with a dripping shower as the company which had supplied and fitted it had gone bust. Spoke with a very helpful customer adviser who identified the problem and undertook to have a new valve despatched. The valve arrived at 8.00am the following morning with a note on how to fit it. Watched the cos. Video on U tube and had the old valve out and the new one fitted in less than 30 mins. Top marks….Top service

Great company to deal with. We purchased a shower mixer, via Amazon, it passed water slightly when off. I contacted them and they sent an on/ off valve out. I mistakenly quoted the wrong part no. (there are are so many mixers that look the same) so the one that was sent didn't fit. Much to my appreciation they were happy to resend the right one. The mixer works great, would buy more of their products based on my experience.

One of the parts supplied by Hansgrohe for a thermostatic shower was faulty (missing a bit of rubber or something the help hold the hand shower). I called Hansgrohe and explained the problem. Throughout Bonnie helped me find the part number and organise for a replacement to be sent. Of course, I wouldn't expect a faulty part upon purchase but Bonnie has made this a non-issue. Hopefully the part works as it should, but I'm confident Hansgrohe will be able to rectify the problem if not.
