Our Hansgrohe shower head which was still under warranty broke, therefore I contacted their customer service team who assisted in providing a replacement product. All they requested was proof of purchase and product details, which I gladly provided they quickly sent out the replacement shower head. Excellent customer service from a first class company, special thanks to Emma Townsend who was the customer service agent on this occasion. Well done Hansgrohe. Thank you.

I had a problem with a shower head - not really suited to my bed and breakfast as it breaks into two pieces when dropped - two heavy pieces of metal joined at corner by a bit of plastic. Add to this it drops out of the holder quite easily. I would go as far as to say it isn’t really fit for purpose. The problem is I bought five of them priced at about £120 each plus all the bits that go with them! I sent a message online with photos and asking for help and heard nothing, so I phoned customer services who seemed helpful and asked me to send a receipt, so I sent a receipt, I heard nothing so a month later I phoned and was told a team leader was looking into it. Later that day I received an email telling me they would replace the shower head, I replied explaining that was exactly what I didn’t want, another shower head that breaks when dropped. I heard nothing and a few weeks later a replacement shower head arrived in the post. I phoned again and asked to speak to a customer service manager, I explained the situation and I was told she was in a meeting and would call me back. Heard nothing back. I’ve always thought that Hansgrohe was a quality product and that is why I felt confident spending so much on their Axor branded shower heads but I would say based on my experience it’s a case of form over function and buyer beware, avoid. In the mean time, I’ve replaced the shower heads with more robust far cheaper shower heads. I don’t have the energy to tale this any further but I won’t be using again and I’ll be sharing photos of the product where I can and warning others.

Ged was extremely helpful in resolving my enquiry about replacing a part for our kitchen mixer. Even though the product was a few months outside the guarantee, a spare part was ordered free of charge as a gesture of good will. We’re due the part in the next few days when all should be sorted. It is so refreshing to deal with such a dependable company. Denese Cloughley was exceptionally helpful with her advice and prompt attention to the Axor spout which needed replacing. She kept in constant touch and the new spout was delivered within a few days. Thank you Denese!

I purchased a hansgrohe tap from an online company back in November 2018. Unfortunately, I had a problem with the head. I rang hansgrohe, and spoke to an agent called Ged Hulm. He asked for my invoice and was very understanding and helpful. His customer service was exceptional. He offered to post out a new head for my tap without hesitation. I have to say they are easy to reach, no hassle when you get through and very customer focused. When you pay that little extra you get the premium service to go with it!! Thank you hansgrohe :)

I contacted Hansgrohe regarding a problem i had with my shower.Bonnie answered my call and told me i needed to replace the shower hose as mine had a collapsed inside wall. Bonnie was helpful, friendly and a delight to engage with. And, as a goodwill gesture, Bonnie sent me a new hose FOC. Top marks to Bonnie and Hansgrohe. Best wishes from Richard Gardiner.

A basin waste developed a fault and wouldn't pop up. Emma Townsend responded and arranged without hassle to send out a replacement part. Received the part within a week and problem solved. Excellent response from Emma and thank you very much, The only minor criticism is that logistics sent a small part in too large a box, which is unnecessary in this day. Thanks overwise.
