Bonnie Bright is your lady. Exceptional customer service - polite, very knowledgeable and quick. Had no clue to the part I needed when she answered my call but she told me what she suspected it was. After sending a photo she replied with the part number I needed and where on their website to purchase it from. Faultless. Thank you so much.

The customer support team were very helpful and knowledgeable. In particular Ged. Quick to response with good advice. I would definitely buy from them again. The product is great as well. Can’t ask for more really.

Hansgrohe have my highest respect. Such a high quality product. I can’t speak highly enough of the Customer Service support and in particular Ged whom provided excellent and prompt back up when I needed a small spare item.

Instant response to a technical enquiry. Correct replacement part identified in a few hours. Ordered and delivered in less than 24 hours..... Customer Service as it should be.

Contacted customer service for a replacement item and a new one arrived the following day, immediately fixing the problem. Very efficient. Makes it worth the brand name and reputation!

We needed a replacement thermostat for our shower unit although we didn’t realise it at the time. We emailed customer services with the symptoms of the problem. Although it took 11 days to get an initial response Emma’s service since then has been faultless. She diagnosed the problem, told us how to order the part and answered my supplementary questions about how to fit it. Excellent

Dealing with Bonnie at Hansgrohe UK was an absolute pleasure. We had a minor issue with our showerhead and a replacement was delivered within 5 working days, which is superb considering it came direct from Germany. Great company to deal with and 10 out of 10 for their customer services.

Our shower head came apart from the body due to a failed connector. I spoke with Jed and he arranged for a replacement head to be sent as it was only three years old. The replacement head arrived two days later. Thank you Jed for your excellent service

Fantastic customer service and prompt delivery. My property has a low pressure system with a header tank. Modern tapes tend not to work well with low pressure systems. Hansgrohe have always been helpful and provided me with the accessories I need to make use of their products. Thanks Emma for your help.

I am not a plumber! I called the helpline for an issue with my shower. The call was answered quickly and I was talked through the possible causes and sent email links immediately. The customer service agent (Emma) spoke in a way I understood and was so genuine in her dealings with me. This is exactly what customer service should be. Restored my faith in this vary valuable role. Thank you Emma.

After a shower holder broke and the builders/installers couldn't be found to obtain a receipt, Saint Ged on customer services kindly sent a replacement FOC. The legend. Very happy indeed.

Using the Hansgrohe website, I sent an email querying a "bodge" aerator installed on a new Hansgrohe vanity sink tap. Two days later, a friendly voice on the phone agreed, having seen the photo I had attached, and immediately offered to send a conforming replacement with no charge. Thank-you.

The level of customer service from this company is second to known. Apart from Hansgrove products being excellent and highly reliable, their staff are first rate in that they go the extra mile to provide the best possible service. If only the other companies I deal with these days were like this. Special thanks to Adam and Fred who were top notch.

Excellent customer service. Able to identify correct part and dispatch promptly. Very helpful and polite people to deal with. Would highly recommend using Hansgrohe products

Even though the part of my kitchen tap was out of warranty by 2 years the service team was happy to send me a replacement free as a gesture of goodwill . I do believe Hansgrohe customer service team takes care of their customers and care about giving good advice and service .
