I’ve said it before (when Habito sorted my mortgage out for me 5 years ago) and I will say it again (now they’ve sorted my mortgage out for me again). From the start Rosie has been first class, sorting out the best offer possible months ago and then literally monitoring it every month since to make sure it remained the best offer (with Labour coming to power, it was almost bound to be!!). Then Christine and her Team sorted out the final administration and was every bit as professional as Rosie. Process was really smooth with Habito in getting to submit our mortgage application - the portal works really well, but we also had brilliant support from Emily & Patricia who have been great in explaining what we need to submit, providing recommendations, and getting our mortgage offer.

Shouting out Olivia at Habito who has been brilliant. I've used a couple of different brokers before and she was by far the best. Always available to answer any questions you have and has made renewal of my mortgage nice and straightforward. The whole process of applying online e is a doddle and literally takes minutes. Non of this going back and forth over the phone. It makes you feel a lot less anxious divulging all your personal financial details online than over the phone The one thing I'd highly recommend over any over broker is the fact they have an online chat system. This means you can just drop any random thoughts/messages at any time and they will get back to you when back online. It means not having to wait to ring someone on the phone or sending emails and waiting days for a response as they get lost among other emails However when we did speak on the phone, she was pleasant and I never felt like i was on the clock No matter how small or big the question she was patient and really attentive and always gave me information above and beyond. From start to finish, Habito have been excellent. Shout out to Sameer, Helen and Mariam who have helped me from initial advice, all the way to completion. Made sure I had the best mortgage deal for my circumstances, and always on hand to answer any questions I had. I used Habito Plus as the fees were competitive in comparison to other local solicitors, and transparent too, as well as keeping it all 'in house'. The conveyancer they used were Muve, who kept me informed and everything completed in less than 8 weeks! Can't recommend them, and Habito, enough and I will be sure to use them again when the time comes. A big thank you to you all!
