I've used Habito previously and they were really good. Really, really good. This time the mortgage has been like pulling nails. They were responsive at first but after promising to help move things along swiftly they've just forgotten about my application. Not sure if they've been taken over or are a big enough organisation that customer service has slipped but I was genuinely disappointed at hiw poor things have become. They only seem to react when I request to cancel...which I've now had to.

I found this wonderful company during my search for some answers for remortgaging. All the resources they have on the website are comprehensive and understandable. This made me use their services for the remortgage application. The application form is user friendly although it would have been a lot nicer to include some "pop up additional information " for tricky questions like income, etc. Once the form was submitted, I received explanation and recommendations from my dedicated adviser, Joe. He has been very knowledgeable and professional throughout and could not have been any nicer. What I liked the most was his speedy response rate and the way he explained things that was easy to understand and follow. Thank you Habito! I will be using you again.
I've used Habito twice now and I can't recommend the service enough.
