FOX DOOR KNOCKER - ANTIQUE IRON The site was easy to navigate and the item came swiftly and as described. This was a present and I know they were happy with it, so full marks there. One star gets subtracted due to the relatively expensive postage fee of £5 (almost a quarter of the price of the item). It may seem unfair to mark down for that but life is unfair sometimes isn't it, and besides it's simply how I feel. Would happily recommend the shop and may well visit again in the future. (I think we all need to consider shopping with a wider range of companies - Amazon don't need our assistance with further expansion)

The clock arrived swiftly and well-packaged.
We bought a lovely owl door knocker and initially I was very pleased. However after a couple of days it has already started going rusty. Doesn't seem unreasonable to me that a door knocker should be OK outside. We are now going to have to take it off the door, sand it back and treat it to make it weatherproof. This wasn't a cheap item so we are understandably disappointed.
