Ordered part off eBay and received different item to the one advertised. Numerous requests for refund ignored. After sales shocking
Used them in the past without any problems. I see today on Companies House they have been wound up since 22/09/23 Reference: LQD6928917 Pursuant to Section 130(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986. Never nice when any company fails!
Ordered respirator sensors for our baby (to use with Graseby MR10) on 23rd April and still not arrived. Last order was over 3 months late but not many places supply these so tried again knowing delivery is slow. This time, no response to our emails and no answer when calling. Terrible company considering these are medical supplies that are needed for health. Want a refund but I'm not going to hold my breath

Don't use this company. They are theives. Took the Money, but they have not supplied the goods, and they do not answer the phone or emails.
I have never received the goods I ordered. I have tried emailing and ringing and had no response from GP supplies at all. Terrible service.
It's been 3 months and still no item. My emails have been ignored since the week after purchase and there's been no resolution to the fact they've not even dispatched my item. I can't get through on the phone either. If you want to effectively flush your money down the toilet then by all means order from here but if, like me you prefer to spend money on tangible products that are useful then go elsewhere!
Absolutely dreadful. Still waiting for an order over 3 months on. No reply to my chasing it up and so little chance of getting a refund. Would avoid using at all cost.
We have not received our last order that was placed in May 2023 and have been unable to contact GP supplies by phone and they have not replied to several emails.
Never delivered on promised date despite knowing it was an urgent medical need. Never picks calls or respond to several mails to initiate a refund. Only got my refund when I reported transaction to my bank as fraudulent.
Absolute con artists. Took my money for a £450 order, sent me a quarter of the order and said rest was to follow. Nothing came. No response to about 10 emails, never answer the phone. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Their website has been down for over a week now. No response on order query, nor can I get through via phone.
This company ceased trading on 31st of April, This is why nobody can get through over the phone and the website is down. It looks like a lot of people are owed money for orders never delivered.
Probably one of the worst online experiences for me in over 15 years! Ordered 11thMay, now 5thJuly no goods received! Refuse to reply to emails. So lost money and no way of getting it back. Thanks guys!
I wouldnt even give them one star!! Customer service is appalling. We ordered in May and till this day have not recieved the goods. I somehow managed to get through to them once via phone to be told that the items I had ordered were out of stock and website doesnt show this!! Absolute nonsense. They took the payment but no goods!! I been calling them for past month and no one answers despite being caller no 1! This company should not be operating at all!
Completely useless company who only delivered half of my order after being reminded and taking about 6 weeks. I have had to claim the outstanding balance back from my credit card as they do not answer the phone or emails. Never use them.
Like a number of others providing reviews in the last month or so, I too have not received my order, placed 2 months ago to the day. No-one is answering the phone when I call and I am not getting any reply to emails. As also noted, the website is now displaying an "under maintenance" notice, that was put up sometime after 3pm yesterday afternoon. Given the many other reviews mirroring my experience, I have stopped trying to get my order and instead made a claim via my card issuer to get my money back. As others have said, I endorce - do not use this company.
Poor after sales responses - items ordered not delivered in timescales promised - or in the case of last order March 2023 not delivered at all despite numerous follow up E-mails ( with no reply ) and being on hold 45 mins ( gave up then ) despite being first in queue ! Will have to request refund via credit card company. Do not use this company !
