Price on website not price charged, they ended up emailing me telling me it would be nearly double the price! order still not delivered over a week after ordering
Good but too much shipping charges for residential buyer
I ordered a Digital Fob watch, and at time of placing the order this item was not out of stock. Upon recieving the item I had a completely different fob watch turn up. I contacted the company who told me there was a problem with the supplier. I would have appreciated a call to say there was a problem and to see if I would like the normal analogue watch or to cancel the order and get a refund. Instead I was sent the wrong item. And I had to pay to post it back. Even though this was there error. It's a shame really this is the only place I could find a decent digital fob watch.
