Service was good however our initial order of a chrome toilet frame was out of stock after order was placed. An alternative was suggested which we purchased. We have found this to be not as wide and therefore is very restrictive in use. We will have to order a more suitable frame and put this purchase down to experience

I ordered some essential supplies for my elderly father. They haven't arrived and they don't reply to emails. Very annoying and frustrating. Next steps will be to see if the bank can get my money back.
The company appears not to be functional. No response to emails, phone calls don't lead to resolution. The website shows 'you have no orders' even though i do have one outstanding.
I didn’t actually receive my order so very dissatisfied with the service! Zero communication from the company either. Would not recommend.
