Did not receive my order after months of waiting

I’m still waiting for a product ordered at the beginning of December- it’s now March. Little communication and none of it useful. Prices on the website are not accurate and not honoured when you purchase.
Didn’t even receive my item. What a joke
I explained my situation to GP Supplies and found them extremely helpful and knew exactly what product I needed. Delivery was as they said, with no problems. I would definitely recommend this company. Keep up the Great work.

Placed an order for LED bulbs. Huge delay. No response and had to email to understand what was going on. It seems they dont hold stock and advertise lower prices and then try to procure the supplies. Had to ask to cancel the order twice. Went back to regular supplier who got me what i needed within 3 days.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago, nothing delivered. No replies from customer service to several emails, noone answers the phone.. Bank is now dealing with the issue. AVOID!!

Now got a claim out with paypal.co.uk for cash refund. Do not go near GP Supplies you will get nothing. They will not answer your emails. My MP is now looking into GP Supplies thank goodness. will let you all know more when I know more.
Ordered about two months ago ! Still waiting in spite of numerous phone calls and emails ! Avoid at all costs
Ordered item that was available on the website. Contacted them after a week, got reply item was delayed from the supplier and should be available in the next few days. 2 weeks later still nothing and another email that issue will be looked into. 4 weeks after gave up requested refund. Clearly company does not hold exspensive items in stock and have naive idea that they can pull this of. Probably the worst purchase online I have ever made. Give up please.
What I ordered never arrived. I eventually got a refund though they didn't communicate the fact. Gave them two months to send it but still didn't arrive.

It seems that you have gone bankrupt as you are nor fulfilling the orders, not answering calls or emails and no goods delivered. You have taken my money and no goods arrived. PLEASE BEWARE THAT THIS COMPANY IS NO LONGER IN BUSINESS
