The delivery has taken well over a month when 2-5 days were advertised on the website during ordering. Apparently this was due to lack stock from the manufacturer. I can accept this under the current circumstances. The annoyance is the total lack of communication. I had to call to find this out. The other two items on the order were then dispatched immediately. Pretty poor customer service due to lack of communication. It really shouldn’t be up to me to chase this

I am an infection control nurse based in west London, we had an infection control hand hygiene week during May, and GP supplies kindly supplied us with products to help support us during that week, we still today have products left that we use for further teaching sessions. I understand demand was high during the pandemic, but the company failed to refund me £45 for an order they were unable to fulfil. It's one thing to not have a product available under exceptional circumstances but it's another to keep the payment for unshipped goods.
Shocking service and a LOT of phone calls to head office to try and rectify things.
