The operator was very professional and went through the comparison in detail. I was extremely happy right up to the point that I realised he had not taken the current provider "guaranteed discount" into account. Without that discount the difference in rates was substantial. With the "guaranteed discount" the savings were not bad, but they were dramatically less than the intial detailed rate comparison would make it appear. It is important to take ALL factors into account when comparing providers.

I enquired online and was contacted by phone within 2 minutes ... amazing response! The caller answered all my questions and was polite and informative. He also was Australian .... I am not racist but I do not believe our jobs should be handled from foreign call centres. I was offered a few alternatives and went with the recommended one that suited my criteria. No pressure or sales gimmicks, he dealt with costs and facts which is what I required.

It was bad where they recommended me a gas provider to get a call after that from the provider that they cannot connect the power and there was no follow up after that.
