Looking for a better deal on both electricity and gas. Go Switch informed me that Energy Australia was a better deal for me for BOTH (I was with Origin and Simply Energy) I changed suppliers on the advice. A couple of days later I received a call from Origin asking me to stay and offering an incentive. I agreed and returned to Origin. From there it was a complete MESS! All within the cooling off period somehow Energy Australia did not return me to Origin. A little while later I get 2 electricity bills - one from each supplier for the same amount and Energy Australia saying I was their customer. Despite many frustrating calls to both Origin and Energy Australia it dragged on and on. Finally sorted I was left very unhappy with the whole process starting with Go Switch! I have SINCE had LUMO Energy knock on my door, they compared the costs of both Origin and Energy Australia and found them to be cheaper by far! So I have changed AGAIN! On a further note - I am told that Energy Australia is actually ENGIE who WAS Simply Energy in the first place! So did I actually switch supplier for gas or not?? Who IS Energy Australia???? Not happy at all Karen Draper

I found that GoSwitch was easier than calling the AGL provider. As AGL are very difficult to use and understand. I was answered by an Australian team member who was very clear and helped me through the difficult task of changing my Gas provider.

Kerry at GoSwitch was very patient and extremely helpful. He found me a provider paying a better feed-in tariff for my solar energy. He also found me a better plan for my gas. My new electricity plan only lasts for 12 months, but when it expires, I will be calling Kerry back to find out about the best plans around.
