Easy process and happy with the result. I was checking if I had the best gas/electricity. A team member from goswitch called me, confirmed I was already using the best provider, but I could be on a better plan. Got it switched on the spot. I was asked if I wanted to discuss health insurance another time. To which I said no, as I'm subsidized by my work. I appreciated that they did not try to push the point,or upsell in any way.
