Guy I spoke to was helpful and knew his stuff but I didn't like the inflexibility of 3 months for electricity and 2 months for gas? Not logical same company same start date I want the same interval between bills.

Firstly I got a return call about 5 minutes after I sent my enquiry. The person I spoke to was very friendly, helpful and really knew all the facts. By the end of the call he had changed my account to a more economical one. All in all a very helpful and efficient experience. Most impressed.
