The consultant lied to us, she told us we could add my wife name to the account, and then claim the concession that we are entitled to as a married couple. Not good enough we are going to change our energy supply again now, because origin only allow concession to primary account holder, which is a scam we are married and entitled to the concession. Not good enough.
