Murat did provide a good experience who is very enthusiastic and passionate about his role. He did help reduce costs on gas but less so on electricity which is our primary source of energy usage. We'll give it a go for 6-12 months then touch base.

Have never used a service such as GoSwitch before but was very impressed with the customer service rep I spoke to. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained everything very well....and I got a better deal for my electricity and did all the work for me with switching from my old to my new provider. Very helpful in finding us the best deal. Very pleasant to chat to too. Having just compared the gas charges I'm very happy that we should save this coming winter. Yet to compare electricity but solar feed in is good too. Wish I had tried GoSwitch sooner.

Well for a start I could understand the representative. Everything was explained to me I was not made to feel that I was inconveniencing anyone or I was an idiot. The representative did not seemed rushed or on a dead line it was fabulous. Thankyou
