This place is great! They have a really hard to find nail polish that I had to have shipped internationally. The price was excellent and they kept me posted the whole delivery process. It came super fast too. This is the second time I’ve ordered from them and it won’t be the last. Thank you very much.

It started out marginally well, along the lines of what others have written: They did not have stock of what I ordered, so they offered alternatives on WhatsApp. I did not want those alternatives. That's where it took a turn: They said they did have what I'd ordered, and I received a box ... different from what I had ordered. They offered to retrieve the mis-delivered package via DHL. I responded that I was travelling overseas and would respond upon my return. The next business day, a DHL van surprised my family at the house; they had no idea what was going on. I received a phone call in the middle of an intense business meeting in China. They've gone silent on WhatsApp. The reason for 2 stars instead of 0 is that they appeared to try in the beginning to satisfy this customer. But compounding errors followed by silence is no way to run a company. You've been warned --todd

I wasn’t sure at first but saw other reviews on Trust Pilot that the site was legit and went for it. Am glad I took the chance! My order was shipped promptly, the delivery group offered tracking and day of en-route location data. Had the option to sign in advance for package drop off which was nice. This went more smoothly than many within-the-US online purchases. Really impressed!

It was a nice experience. The customer relationship was awesome with Alex. The responses were swift and my queries dealt with in a satisfactory manner. They offered to pay part of the custom duty fee for my order which was incredible and my missing item was shipped immediately with no added cost. I live in New Zealand and to previously get these keto and glucose strips, they had to go to a US address and then get delivered here. Go Supps send these directly to my New Zealand address, which saved me time and money!

The order showed up in 5 days even going through customs from when they sent it out. It did say between 5-10 days and it showed up right away.

No support from customer service via phone (two different numbers) and email; ordered a product a week ago for Valentine's day and still no DHL tracking number or anything else. Will be having the bank to refund me and pull the credit from them if I don't hear something soon.

I moved to Canada from the uk last year and cannot find a specific type of shower gel that I used in the UK. First time trying GoSupps this last week and can massively recommend (after having a bad experience elsewhere). I’ve found GoSupps pricing to be reasonable and transparent. Communication great. Will definitely be using them moving forward.

per their policy they dont provide any information or paper to the custom in the USA if you order for example infant food from europe, you will not receive it, i put 3 stars for the good understanding of my situation and full refund , because i have ordered the infant food and it came to the custom in Los Angeles and as they didnt provide any docs to the DHL and customs , the dhl returned the product back to them. other websites/stores are do everything to receive your product, so better try other online store/platform for the infant food from europe for example...and special thank you for the manager to help me to get the full refund
