Order, payment and delivery were ok ! Just remember from us to france tax (vat 20 %) and custom duties have to be paid on top before delivery I appreciate gosupps ! They put 20 dollars on my gosupps account to cover taxes and duties. I can use them next purchase !

My products arrived promptly...there was damage in transit but the team were prompt in activating a fix. That is always appreciated. The tube of hand cream is smaller than expected. But I suspect you do not need much to get the sun protection.

I bought a skin care product From Italy and everything was perfect, quick and smooth. Obviously beware of the custom additional costs (which is not their fault). The purchase experience has been amazing, now hopefully the product will work as supposed to :)

Edit again: the company won’t refund me! They sent me an email with a blank response; dots across the page. Very unprofessional!! I should not have to request a refund more than once! They are not sending me my order or refunding me! EDIT: NOW THEY TOLD ME TO DELETE MY REVIEW OR NO REFUND!!! This company is horrible!! My receipt says a fixed shipping fee! It’s deceiving!! I’m in Canada! An additional $27 is outrageous for a small order; a moisturizer! I’ve never had an issue with a company from the US before!! …the reply from the company regarding this review is a lie. They will not refund me all my $. Why would anyone in their right mind pay another $27 for a moisturizer?? Seriously!

Unreliable and incompetent staff. Not sure why they’re this bad but they’re clueless and fail to acknowledge communications. Frustrating and a waste of time and energy. And their response when I finally received it - rude and aggressive. Don’t bother.
