GoSupps offers items in the US that I couldn’t find anywhere else. In this case, it was a specific brand of Swiss chocolates. Their service is excellent! They communicate clearly and frequently to be certain you are getting the product you want. Delivery was quick via DHL. I will be using them often going forward and highly recommend the company.

Absolutely vile customer service. Never ever ever do business with these people. They have woke far left activists running their customer service.

Tried to order baby milk powder. They never shipped it. Stay away.

nasty customer service. they wont send medicine or baby formula to israel "they don't ship to Occupied Palestine" thanks. Won't send you any money/

These guys have great customer service and always go the extra mile if something is off. Couldn't recommend go supps more, never mind the fact this is a god send for those needing stuff from around the world that they normally couldn't get otherwise.

I o rdered supplements from GoSupps.com and experienced significant issues. First, there was a delay in shipping due to the items being sent from multiple warehouses. After waiting longer than expected, one of the packages arrived, but to my disappointment, the products were damaged and appeared tampered with. I immediately contacted their customer support, and they responded quickly, apologized, and forwarded the issue to their concerned team. While I appreciate their prompt email response and willingness to address the problem, I have not yet received a replacement or a resolution for the damaged items. Overall, while their customer service team was polite and communicative, the experience with the product quality and delays leaves much to be desired. I’m still waiting for a proper resolution. Feel free to post this as it is or adjust it according to your preferences. It’s balanced and gives an honest view of your experience. Let me know if you’d like help refining it further!

As stated in other reviews GoSupps provide excellent custome service through clear communication, efficient delivery time, and their variety of quality products. I will definitely do another purchase in the future.
