I had a made an order which needed adjustment of delivery address before despatch, the company were very speedy in responding and accommodating this change quickly. Unfortunately around 10 mins after that I needed to cancel the order having been notified the goods were no longer needed. I received a full refund confirmation within minutes. Excellent customer service

I was shocked to receive products were poorly packed and two packs out of four were broken and leaked contents all over outside. After sending pics, and complaint how poorly packed, they promised to send me replacement. Not only fast but properly packed and even little sample hand cream was in the box. I was well informed timely and this experience convinced me to keep purchasing from GoSipps in the future.

I received eye drops with a limited expiration date. The product would be out of date before I was able to use it all. I wrote to GoSupps.com, they contacted the supplier and when no later expiration date could be found, they cheerfully refunded my money. Great company to deal with, fast response and they did the right thing.

I recently placed an order, and unfortunately, the system kind of lost it; working in logistics I know this can happen and how embarrassing it can feel, but there’s only so much you can control for in life; mistakes happen. The real test of character is how does one handle it. When I reached out to them about the issue they immediately replied, profusely apologized and then with full transparency explained the error to me. I was offered multiple ways to remedy the situation and went with cancel and refund as I had already gone with another supplier, but honestly I really love how they handled the issue and will most certainly use them the next time I need to order my random hard-to-find-in-the-states milk pods. Their customer service is beyond exceptional, a very rare find in today’s climate of chatbots and understaffing.

BIG FAN! I purchased the Silk'n Tightra RF Therapy wand from GoSupps, after doing a LOT of research. It's a European device used to help with vaginal atrophy, rejuvenation, and stress incontinence. So, I got the Silk'n Tightra order in 4 days! I am happy to report, that I am EXTREMELY happy with my purchase, and it actually works! It's well made, has a great case to protect it, and works as it should. Btw, one charge will last 3 treatments. You do have to charge it overnight the first time you use it. My story: I have been dating a man with a narrower eh-hem than I was used to, and I could barely feel him during intimacy. Actually he is a perfect size, so I figured there must be something wrong with me, so I researched and found this RF process really helps with tightening, and it's being used in Europe as a regular therapy at home. C est une compagnie d'arnaque j ai commander des articles en me chargeant un montant de 163$ canadien et en envoyant un message que le payement n a pas passer par la suite je reçois une petite boîte remplis de papier et petit tubulure de 2 cm avec des frais de douane de 37$ j espère que le service consommateur des achat en ligne intervient dans les plus bref délai.

Gospps was the only website where I found the TAM Herbal Laxatives still in stock, all other websites were out-of-stock. I ordered a product, Gosupps, sent me email, which said, they didn’t have the product, I ordered, they had two other alternatives, they said if I didn’t want them I could cancel the order and get my money returned back to me, I called them several times and emailed the and they haven’t responded. I told them that I wanted my money returned , they are still holding my money in pending status. I need them to decline the payment Thank you Daisy Jones.
